Scheduling & Events
Create events and recurring leagues, auto-invite subgroups, collect RSVPs, and manage partners and waitlists.
The Scheduler plans your sessions ahead of time, so you're not herding people by group text the day of. Create a one-off event or a whole recurring league, invite your group, and let players RSVP from a link. They don't need an account to do it.
What it does
- Events & recurring leagues — set courts, capacity, and a date range, and every occurrence in the range gets created for you.
- Auto-invite — open sign-ups to subgroups in waves: your core group first, then everyone else a day later.
- Waitlists — for sessions that fill up, Lottery and Take-Turns modes drop the click-racing advantage so a slow finger doesn't lose the spot.
- Partner selection — two players can request each other, and the pairing only locks once both sides agree.
- RSVPs & reminders — players respond from the email. You see who's in.
- Launch into the Mixer — start a live session from an event with its players already loaded.
