1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using picklefriend.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. User Conduct

Users of picklefriend.net agree to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless explicitly authorized by picklefriend.net
• Not harass, abuse, or harm other users or players
• Not use picklefriend.net for any illegal or unethical activity
• Not use picklefriend.net to spam or send unsolicited messages or invites

3. Content

Users retain ownership of their content but grant picklefriend.net a license to display and store that content. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

We reserve the right to remove players, users, groups, or games that have been inactive for more than two years. We reserve the right to remove excessive users, groups, players, or games, or limit the number of users, groups, players, or games that can be created.

4. Subscriptions, Paid Plans & Commercial Use

picklefriend.net offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (currently Pro and Club). Free accounts are subject to usage limits (for example, on the number of stored players, groups, and sub-organizers); paid plans raise or remove those limits. The specific limits and prices are described on the upgrade page and may change over time.

Billing & trial. Paid plans are billed annually through PayPal and begin with a free trial period (currently 10 days). You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you may cancel before then through PayPal to avoid any charge. Subscriptions renew automatically each year unless cancelled. The price you sign up at is the price honored for that subscription; we may change list prices for new subscriptions at any time without affecting existing subscribers.

Commercial & club use. The free and Pro tiers are intended for individual organizers running personal or community play. Commercial operations and clubs (for example, facilities, leagues, or businesses that charge for play or operate as an organization) must use the Club plan. We may require an eligible account to move to the Club plan to continue commercial or multi-staff use.

Existing accounts (grandfathered). Accounts created on or before June 8, 2026 are grandfathered: you may continue your current usage — including any existing commercial or club use — at no charge, and you will not be required to move to a paid plan to keep what you already have. The Club requirement for commercial and club use described above applies to accounts created after that date. We reserve the right to require the Club plan only for new or substantially expanded commercial use.

Refunds & lapses. If you cancel or a subscription lapses, your data is not deleted — you simply return to the free-tier limits and cannot add beyond them until you renew. To request a refund, contact us via the link below; refunds are at our discretion and reverse any benefits they generated.

Referral rewards. We may offer promotional rewards (such as free subscription time for referring other organizers). Any such offer is promotional, subject to its stated terms, and may be modified or discontinued at any time; rewards already granted are honored.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of picklefriend.net. Please review it to understand how we collect and use your information.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Disclaimer

picklefriend.net is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
