Is this tax-deductible?
No. PickleMixer is run as a small commercial project, not a registered charity. Treat donations as a tip jar, not a charitable contribution.
How does the “credit toward upgrade” work?
If you’re signed in when you donate, we record the amount as a balance on your account page. If you later subscribe to Pro or Club, get in touch and we’ll apply that balance to your invoice. It doesn’t expire, and you don’t lose it by waiting.
Can I get a refund?
If you change your mind, reach out via the contact link in our footer and we’ll issue a refund through PayPal. Refunds reverse any upgrade credit they generated.
Does this unlock anything right now?
No. Donating doesn’t change your plan or unlock any feature — it’s a tip jar, not a purchase. If you want the paid features, subscribe to Pro or Club instead; that’s the only thing that changes what your account can do.
