Optimised, not improvised.

Every pair is colour-coded so you can see the quality up front — exactly when the rotation starts to repeat partners and opponents. Several of these schedules push the first partner repeat deep into the rotation, so most rounds are completely fresh.

When real-life friction hits (a no-show, a late arrival, two friends wanting to stay paired all night, a 4.0 player joining a 3.5 group), the live mixer takes the same rotation logic and adapts in real time.
