Scheduling & Events

Public schedule (and your events on a club website)

Show the events you choose at a shareable link and on your club or league website: date, time, location and spots left — never the players.

The public schedule is a read-only list of the upcoming events you choose, at a shareable link — no account, no login. It suits the "Weekly open play: Tuesdays 7 pm at X Park" block many clubs keep on their website, and keeps it true to your Scheduler without retyping.

What it shows

Each listed event shows its date and time (in the event's own timezone), its name, the division for a ladder event, the location as you typed it, and spots left when the event has a Max Players cap ("Full" once it's met). A cancelled event stays in the list, marked Cancelled, until it has passed — so anyone who saw it last week sees the change.

It never shows who is coming, your event description, or anything that lets someone RSVP. To join an event, people ask you, and you invite them as usual.

Turning it on

  1. Open your group's settings.
  2. Under Public Visibility, tick Enable public schedule, then save. The link appears — the settings stay open so you can copy it.
  3. In the Scheduler, tick List on the public schedule on each event you want shown. Turning on the public schedule lists nothing by itself; only ticked events appear. While the public schedule is off, the tick is greyed out. Bulk Edit can list or hide many at once (Public schedule → List / Hide).

A recurring series created in one go shares the tick; a duplicated event keeps it.

Embed on your club website

Once at least one event is listed, Embed on your club website appears under the link. Pick the upcoming list (3, 5, 10 or all) or just the next event, a light or dark theme, then Copy embed code and paste it into any page of your club or league site. The list updates on its own as you add events and spots fill.

The code includes a small "Schedule by PickleFriend.net" line under the list, so other organizers can find the tool. You can untick it before you copy, or delete it from the code later.
