Run your first mixer
Go from an empty screen to your first round of matchups in about 30 seconds.
You can run a full session without an account and without installing anything. Here's the whole loop.
1. Add your players
Open the Mixer and type each player's name into the input, pressing Enter after each one. A few shortcuts:
- Paste a list of names to add many at once.
-
Type a number + "players" (e.g.
12 players) to bulk-create placeholder names you can rename later — handy when people are still arriving. - Tap any name to mark them as sitting out, a VIP (never sits), or to set a rating or gender.
2. Set your courts
Set how many courts are available tonight. The Mixer uses this to decide how many players are on court each round and how sit-outs rotate. If numbers don't divide evenly, it shares the sit-outs fairly across the whole session rather than benching the same people repeatedly.
3. Mix
Press Mix to generate the first round. The Mixer builds matchups that keep players on fresh partners and opponents as deep into the session as possible — not just a random shuffle.
- Mix Next — generate the next round when the current one finishes.
- REmix — regenerate the current round. Only use this if the displayed round wasn't actually played; it replaces the matchups rather than advancing.
That's the core loop. From here you can freeze a court that's still playing, drag players between courts to swap them, rename courts to match your real locations, or show everything on a TV with Big Screen mode.
