Checking in with a QR code
Scan the QR on the big screen to check in, see your court every round on your own phone, sit out a round, or check out when you leave.
Some organizers put the mixer on a TV with a QR code in the corner. That code is your self-service check-in — scan it once and you run your own attendance from your phone. No app to install, no account to create.
Checking in
- Point your phone's camera at the QR code on the screen. A web page opens.
- Tap your name on the list. Sharing a phone? You can pick more than one name. Not on the list? Type your name and tap Add me to the mixer (in ladder sessions, names are pre-set — ask your organizer if yours is missing).
- That's it — you're checked in. Keep the page open or come back to it anytime.
Your court, every round
Once the organizer mixes a round, your page shows it big and clear: You're on Court 2 — updating automatically every round. If you're sitting one out it says so, along with roughly when the next mix is coming.
Taking a break, coming back, leaving
Three buttons, all self-explanatory:
- Sit out next round — finish the current game, then take a breather.
- I'm ready to play again — jump back into the rotation.
- This is my last game — I'm leaving — finish the round being played, then you're off the roster. Thanks for playing!
One thing to know: anything you tap applies at the next mix. It never changes the round being played, so tap whenever you decide — you won't disrupt a game in progress. Made a mistake? There's an Undo until the next mix runs, and your organizer also sees every request and can adjust.
If you got a score-entry link instead
Groups that track scores may send you a personal score link. The same sit-out and leaving buttons appear at the bottom of that page — you don't need to scan the QR too.
What's next
- Entering your score — if your group records results.
- Your schedule page — RSVP to upcoming sessions and see your rating.
