Scores on Nonstop nights

At Start, under Scores, you choose who enters them: nobody (Not recorded, the default), you (I enter them on this panel), or the players (Players enter them on their phones).

With this choice, scores work like this:

1. The first report frees the court. As soon as either team reports the score of a game, that court gets its next game. Nobody waits for the second team.

2. The other team confirms. A lone report is never accepted on its own. The team that has not reported is held off its next game until it confirms or disputes the score, and it gets one "confirm your score" buzz. On the panel, those players show under Waiting as owing a confirmation. One of the two confirming is enough to release both.

   On a Pods night that confirmation holds the whole pod, because a pod plays only its own members. Its court stays free until the confirmation arrives. The court's card on your panel and on the big screen says who it's waiting on, and so do the phones of the rest of the pod. To release them yourself, type the score under Scores to settle.

3. Disputes come to you. When the teams disagree, the game appears under Scores to settle. A dispute holds nobody: both teams keep playing while you decide. Enter the right score to save it.

No score entered. A game that finished with no report at all also appears under Scores to settle. Type the final score to save it, or leave it unscored (it counts as played, with no rating change).

I enter them on this panel

Players can't enter scores. A game ends when a player taps Game finished on their phone, or when you tap Finished on the panel, and then it waits under Scores to settle as "no score entered". Type the final score to save and rate it, or leave it unscored (it counts as played, with no rating change). On a Pods night the list sits right under End all pods…; otherwise it sits above Waiting.

Each game is saved and rated on its own, as soon as its score is settled. You don't wait for a round to finish.

Not recorded

A game ends when a player taps Game finished on their phone, or when you tap Finished on the panel. No scores or ratings are recorded.

A score kiosk at the desk

A score kiosk link works on a Nonstop night that records scores (not on a Not recorded night). It lists the game on each court and each court's last finished game. A score entered there is saved and rated at once, and a game still on court ends, so the court gets its next game. Kiosk scores show under Scores from the kiosk on your panel, where you can undo any of them.
