16-Team Pickleball Round Robin Schedule
16 fixed teams (32 players) with locked partners. Each team plays each other team — full schedule below, free PDF and Excel download. Use it for couples nights, doubles training pairs, or any team-format league round.
In a fixed-partner round robin, partners stay together for the entire session — only the opposing team changes. Below is a complete 16-team schedule with every team-vs-team matchup. We only flag DG duplicate games (the same two teams playing again). A clean cell means these teams have not faced each other yet.

Real teams, real-world chaos
A printed team schedule assumes everyone arrives on time, no team leaves early, and rating gaps don't matter. PickleMixer keeps your locked pairs together but adapts when those assumptions break.
- Mix locked pairs with solo players — pin some couples as fixed teams and let everyone else rotate normally, in the same session
- Fair sit-outs by team — at odd team counts the pinned pair sits together and rotates back in next round
- Rating-balanced opponents — turn on rating balance and each pinned pair gets matched against a similar-strength opposing team
- Drop-ins and drop-outs — add or remove a team mid-night and the next round adjusts
16-Team Round Robin FAQ
- How many rounds does a 16-team round robin take?
- A complete 16-team round robin takes 15 rounds — each team plays each other team exactly once. Use the schedule above to see the full pairings.
- What if a team drops out mid-night?
- A printed schedule becomes invalid the moment a team leaves. The live mixer just removes the team from the rotation and continues — partners stay locked, sit-outs rebalance.
- Can I mix locked pairs with regular rotating players?
- Yes — that's actually the most common case. Pin a few couples or training pairs as fixed teams, leave the rest as solo players, and the mixer handles both at once. The free downloadable schedule above assumes all players are in fixed pairs.
- Can I print this schedule and use it without the mixer?
- Yes — that is the point of the PDF and Excel downloads above. Each round lists the team-vs-team matchups by court, with sit-outs derived from whichever team is missing that round. Label your teams T1 through T16 and you are done.
- What about uneven team ratings?
- In team mode the live mixer can match each pinned pair against an opposing team of similar combined rating. The static download shows a fair partner-rotation schedule but doesn't consider ratings — for that, use the live mixer.
